Tender are invited for PURIFIED DRINKING WATER FOR NFPC EMPLOYEES
Procurement Mode : Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9)

Description : 4,000 container Five (5) gallon/container Purified Drinking Water for NFPC Employees-325 containers per month
Provision of Fourteen (14) units brand new Hot & Cold Water Dispenser (Free of charge)
Duration of Contract: August 1, 2025 to August 1, 2026
Staggered delivery of at least Eighty (80) containers per week, at least thrice (3x) a week,
depending on the schedule of port activities (meetings, trainings, office programs, GAD/
ICC activities,etc.)
Mode of payment- at the end of the month subject to issuance of billing statement.
Conditions:
1) Provision of clean/clear water containers (no dents , dirt, etc.)
2) Free service for repairs of defects/malfunctions encountered on the dispensers
3) Free monthly maintenance cleaning of dispensers
Charges not covered by contract:
1) Replacement of damaged faucets
2) Damaged containers
3) Damaged Dispensers
NOTE:
Must pass the eighteen (18) stages of filtration and purification process and microbiological
analysis per quarterly certification from a DOH-accredited water testing company
