Description : 4,800 bottles Supply and delivery of Purified Drinking Water for a period of one
(1) year from the date of receipt of NTP:
Scope of works:
1. The water should meet the 2017 Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water
2. Content: 5 gallons per bottle
3. Shape & quality of bottle: Round and polycarbonate resin
type (brand new)
4. Delivery of water: 4x a week (weekdays only), not later than 4pm
5. Fifteen (15) units of brand new hot and cold water dispensers
with the following specifications:
*Power source 220V/60Hz
*Rated input power: Heating 500W, Cooling 80W
*Refrigerant/pout:R12/42g
6. Weekly general cleaning of the hot and cold water dispenser
7. Monthly submission of Water Test Laboratory Certificate from DOH
accredited water testing laboratory
8. Quarterly random sampling of watersamples shall be jointly
conducted by Supplier & LLDA
9. Valid Sanitary Permits for the duration of the contract
