Prospective bidders should have pass the PCAB license applicable to the contract, have complete a similar
contract with at least 50% of the ABC, the key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary "past / fail" criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All Particulars relative to illegibility screening, bid security & Bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post qualification & performance bond shall be governed by pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its IRR.
