INVITATION TO BID FOR: PURCHASE/DELIVERY OF TB MEDICINES (MHO)

1. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons through the MHO - MOOE DRUGS, MEDICINES & SUPPLIES FOR TB to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only. (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE/DELIVERY OF TB MEDICINES (MHO) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Govenmnet Unit of Vinzons , now invites bids for the materials of PURCHASE/DELIVERY OF TB MEDICINES (MHO). Delivery of the Goods is required 7 days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed and should be completed within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
