1. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons through the MAO - CAPITAL OUTLAY - PROVISION OF FIBERGLASS BOAT to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos Only. (Php 599,990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE/DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE FABRICATION OF FIBERGLASS MOTORIZED BOAT (MAO), shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
