INVITATION TO BID FOR: PURCHASE/DELIVERY OF MEDICINE FOR RHU USE

1. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons through the MHO - PURCHASE OF MEDICINES FOR OFFICE OPERATION/BOTIKA NG BAYAN to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos Only. (Php 750,440.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE/DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR RHU USE shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Govenmnet Unit of Vinzons , now invites bids for the materials of PURCHASE/DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR RHU USE. Delivery of the Goods is required 7 days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed and should be completed within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
