Description : TERMS OF REFFERENCE
Procurement of Year-End Giveaways of the Human Settlements Development Corporation
I. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
3. Price validity shall be for the period of 15 calendar days from date of opening of bids;
4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected;
5. Bidders shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the product being offered;
6. All blanks must be properly filled. Indicate N/A if not applicable.
7. Pursuant to ANNEX "H" of the Revised IPP of RA 9184, supplier/contractors must attach the following documents upon submission
of the offer/quotation (if not yet submitted):
a. Mayor's Permit
b. PHILGEPS Registration Number
c. Certificate of Platinum Membership may be in lieu of Mayor's Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number
d. Omnibus Sworn Statement (for ABCs above P500,000.00)
