The LGU- GABALDON through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “Purchase of Wheelchairs, Crutches, and quad cane use as Assistive Device of Person with Disability” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rule and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.
