PURCHASE OF WATER SUPPLY FOR USE OF THE PROV. OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL - MAMBUKAL

1) The Province of Negros Occidental through the GOP - 2026 General Fund intends to apply the sum of (P299,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF WATER SUPPLY FOR USE OF THE PROV. OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL - MAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Province of Negros Occidental now invites bids for PURCHASE OF WATER SUPPLY FOR USE OF THE PROV. OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL - MAM. Delivery of the Goods is required for thirty (30) days from receipt of contract.
