Description : 1. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is 220,000.00.
2. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the 5% Final Val and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) of 1%
3. Price Quotation shall be valid within thirty (30) calendar days from the deadline of RFQ.
4. Award shall be made on a per items basis
5. Delivery period is within fifteen(15) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order
6. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made
7. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XXII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184
8. FOB - Pandan Water District, Carmen Pandan, Antique
9. The procuring entity may terminate the contract, in the whole or in part, anytime for unsatisfactory service.
10. Request for quotation should be returned within the day from receipt thereof.
11. Late Quotation is automatically disqualified.
12. In case the item is more than 1, incomplete prices is subject for disqualification.
13. Only quotation that is registered in a Document Request List in PhilGEPS shall be honored.
