INVITATION TO BID

1.The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales, through the Twenty Percent (20%) Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the hereunder project.
Purchase of Water Leisure and Sports Equipment for Tourists
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.

Delivery Period: 15 c.d.

2. The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales now invites bids for the above-cited procurements. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act".
