Invitation to Bid for
Purchase of Vehicle Tires, Oil and Other
Automotive Supplies for the Maintenance of LGU Heavy Equipment and Transportation Vehicles

1. The Municipality of Bontoc, through the General Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Five Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (P 1,405,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Vehicle Tires, Oil and Other Automotive Supplies for the Maintenance of LGU Heavy Equipment and Transportation Vehicles. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required forty-five (45) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
