1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (P87,960.00) being the approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the hereunder project:
