The Municipal Government of Mangaldan, Pangasinan through the GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Ten Pesos (Php 711,410.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES FOR MATERNAL NEONATAL CHILD HEALTH & NUTRITION PROGRAM WITH Identification Number: MMP-PB-2025-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automat-ically rejected at bid opening provided that each project does not exceed the project cost as follows;
