Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR VARIOUS GOVERNMENT EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of twenty-one million five hundred ninety-three thousand and nine hundred forty-three pesos (₱21,593,943.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of various supplies and equipment to be used for various government events and activities in the City (BP-25-03-0050) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
