1. The Local Government Unit of Basay, Negros Oriental through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty Three Thousand One Hundred Fifteen and 50/100 Pesos Only (Php 843,115.50) being the approved budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the following items below to be procured:
