PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO BE USED BY MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO

1.The Local Government Unit of Oton, through MEDICAL/DENTAL LABORATORY SUPPLIES & GAD, MHO intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 216,350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO BE USED BY MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO BE USED BY MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO. Completion of the Works is required Twenty (20) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
