1. The Municipality of Guipos, through the Budget Approved by Sanguniang Bayan of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 141,108.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2025- 000032: PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MATERIALS USED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOCIAL BEHAVIORAL CHANGE ACTIVITY at RHU, Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
