1.The Local Government Unit of Oton, through TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 625,320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF VARIOUS INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
