1. The Municipality of Anda, Bohol through the Trust Fund - 20% of Philhealth Capitation (Professional Fees) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos (Php 563,786.00) as the corrected Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Purchase of Various Foodstuffs for Supplemental Feeding Program of MSWD, LGU-Anda, Bohol under Contract No. 2025-09-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Anda, Bohol now invites bids for the Purchase of Various Foodstuffs for Supplemental Feeding Program of MSWD, LGU-Anda, Bohol. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
