1. The Municipality of Bugallon, through the Non- Office- Drugs and Medicines, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Fourteen Pesos & 74/100 Only (Php 526,014.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Various Drugs and Medicines to be used at Municipal Health Office for the period of 1st Quarter 2025, Bugallon, Pangasinan under Contract ID No. 013-12-2024-GOODS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
