The Municipality of Lemery, through the Annual Budget 2025 intend to apply the sum of Nine Million One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and 63/100 (P9,126,432.63), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of various Drugs and Medicines and Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies for daily operation of RHU and Basic Emergency Supplies to be used by MDRRM Staff/Rescuers during disaster response operations and management. Bds received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
