INVITATION TO BID

1. The Barangay Tambulilid, Ormoc City, Leyte, through the Other Supplies and Materials Expense Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty One Thousand Pesos Only (Php131,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Purchase of Uniforms” @ Brgy. Tambulilid , Ormoc City, Leyte Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Tambulilid, Ormoc City, Leyte , through its Bid and Award Committee now invites bids for “Purchase of Uniforms” of Brgy. Tambulilid, Ormoc City, Leyte . Delivery required is Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within years (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation...
