INVITATION TO BID
for:
'PURCHASE OF UNIFORM TO BE USED BY ATHLETES, COACHES, AND SCHOOL OFFICIALS OF CALUMPIT SOUTH DISTRICT IN PARTICIPATING EDDIS MEET'

1. The Municipal Government of Calumpit, through the Special Education Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (P 399,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 'PURCHASE OF UNIFORM TO BE USED BY ATHLETES, COACHES, AND SCHOOL OFFICIALS OF CALUMPIT SOUTH DISTRICT IN PARTICIPATING EDDIS MEET' (Project ID No. 2025-02-12-GOODS). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
