1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through Culture & Arts CY 2025/Clean & Green CY 2025/ Foundation Day Celebration 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 82,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF UMBRELLA, STRING LIGHTS & STAGE DECORATION DURING BANCHETTO DE BALATAN 2025 [GOODS-SVP-2025-01-018]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
