Description : Invitation to Bid for the Purchase of Two (2) units Drone Camera with Accessories to be used at MDRRMO, LGU Aleosan, Cotabato

1. The Local Government Unit of Aleosan through 5% MDRRM Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 150, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Two (2) units Drone Camera with Accessories to be used at MDRRMO, LGU Aleosan, Cotabato with Project ID No. PBG-2025-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Aleosan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty (20) Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
