1) Please submit your sealed quotation, Bid Notice Abstract and Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement together with your eligibility requirements to the City General Services Officer, City Annex Building, Brgy. Zapote., City of Binan, Laguna on October 3, 2025, on or before 10:00 AM. Opening of quotation shall be on the same date at 1:00 PM. No late bids will be accepted and please use the Request for Quotation format attached to the posting.
2) Please indicate outside the sealed envelope the reference number, the project title and "Do not open before October 3, 2025, 1:00 PM. Sealed quotations sent thru couriers are accepted.
