Description : The Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, through its FY 2026 Approved Budget, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱150,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for the Procurement of Tricycle under Project ID BOC-GOODS-2026-04.
The Barangay now invites bids for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Tricycle, brand new, consisting of motorcycle unit with sidecar assembly. The unit must be complete, roadworthy, and compliant with LTO requirements for registration as a tricycle.
Delivery shall be completed on or before June 1, 2026.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Prospective bidders must have completed a similar contract equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any acceptable form.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat of Barangay Old Cabalan during office hours.
