1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3,000,000.00);

Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
