Zapote., City of Binan, Laguna on July 8, 2025, on or before 10:00 AM. Opening of quotation shall be on the same date at 1:00 PM. No late bids will be accepted.
2) Please address your quotation to: The BAC Chairman, Binan City, Laguna. Please indicate outside the sealed envelope the reference number, the project title and "Do not open before July 8, 2025, 1:00 PM.
3) Procurement will be conducted through open competitive procedure using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
