1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through MMO-MOOE CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 87,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF TIRES (255/60R18) OFF-ROAD FOR NAVARA [GOODS-SVP-2025-01-006]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
