The NSPH, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Textile, with
PR No. 2026-03-1108.
The Textile shall be procured through the Small Value Procurement in accordance
with RA No. 12009 as reflected in BAC Resolution No. SVP-03-23-01.
Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, signed
by you or your duly authorized representative not later than____________, subject to the
Terms and Conditions provided in this RFQ.
