Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TEN (10) UNITS CCTV CAMERA

1.The Barangay Local Government of New Pangasinan through the Executive Governance Project: Aid to Barangay (FY 2023 and 2025) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱200,000.00) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the contract for PURCHASE OF
TEN (10) UNITS CCTV CAMERA (ITB No. 2025-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opining.

2.The Barangay Local Government of New Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by 15 days or upon request by the end-user. Bidders should have completed within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations...
