FOR Purchase of Ten (10) units Assault Semi -Auto Rifle for the use of Talisay PNP

1. The City of Talisay, through the Capital Outlay PNP 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Ten (10) units Assault Semi -Auto Rifle for the use of Talisay PNP of the City of Talisay / TGS 17-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City of Talisay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
