PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) is SIXTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P61,000.00).
2. Price quotation should be inclusive of VAT.
3. Evaluation of of bids will be conducted on a "per lot" basis.
4. Delivery period is on AUGUST 8, 2025 at Silago, Southern Leyte
5. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within one(1) working day after complete delivery of items.
