Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF T-SHIRT WITH PRINT

The Local Government Unit of Laguindingan, through the Tobacco Excise Tax fund, intends to apply the sum of One hundred sixty thousand pesos only (Php. 160,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of T-shirt with Print (Solicitation no.: 2025-06-11-076, reference no.: 12120902). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Laguindingan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
