INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF T-SHIRT FOR PATRONAL TOWN FIESTA

1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan through the GENERAL FUND (MO) intends to apply the sum NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (P97,500.00) being the approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the hereunder project:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF T-SHIRT FOR PATRONAL TOWN FIESTA. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Small Value Procurement.
