Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR OFFICE PERSONNEL AND OPERATION SECTION OF BFP; TO WIT:

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS:

1. The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through 5% Calamity Fund intends to apply the sum of SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS & 30/100 ONLY (P68,783.30), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR OFFICE PERSONNEL AND OPERATION SECTION OF BFP. The delivery place will be at the Bureau of Fire Protection, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Tanauan, Leyte now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR OFFICE PERSONNEL AND OPERATION SECTION OF BFP.
