INVITATION TO BID

1. The Barangay Ytaya, Lazi, Siquijor, through the authorized appropriations under the 5% BDRRM , intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos and Ten Centavos (PHP 111,960.10) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project, “Purchase supplies for Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management”, described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Ytaya now invites bids for the Project, “Purchase supplies for Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management”, Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
