Description : 1. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Kimat Tangub City intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS AND 62/100 (Php. 115,360.62) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR LANDSCAPING AND BEAUTIFICATION OF BARANGAY FACILITIES with identification No. KIMAT-PB-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Kimat Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project, PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR LANDSCAPING AND BEAUTIFICATION OF BARANGAY FACILITIES. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184

4. Bids must be duly recieved by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Barangay Office, Barangay Kimat Tangub City.
