Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

    2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Tugas Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project, PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF 7 UNITS OF PUROK HOUSES. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.

    3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184
