Description : 1. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Manga Tangub City intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php. 1113,850.00) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR EXTENSION OF WATER SYSTEM GOING TO PUROK 4 with Identification No. MANGA-PB-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Manga Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project. PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR EXTENSION OF WATER SYSTEM GOING TO PUROK 4. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184

4. Bids must be duly recieved by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Barangay Office, Barangay Manga Tangub City.
