Description : 1. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Matugnao Tangub City intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS AND NINETY FIVE CENTAVOS (Php. 269,470.95) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE with identification No. MATUGANO-PB-2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Matugnao Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project. PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184

4. Bids must be duly recieved by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Barangay Office, Barangay Matugnao Tangub City.
