The Local Government Unit of Balbalan through its Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) intends to procure SUPPLIES FOR 15th CYCLE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM with an Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE PESOS (Php 256,881.00) through section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

Price quotation/s shall include all taxes, duties, and/or levies payable.
Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
