1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the CY 2025 Supplemental Budget No. 8 - Capital Outlay of the Office of City Mayor Pursuant to Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-08 approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 2,700,000) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
