The City of Victorias, through the Supplemental Budget #4 intends to apply the sum of P 2,700,780.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF SPAREPARTS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT VEHICLES ( GREEN PROCUREMENT COMPLIANT ). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
