Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SANTO TOMAS, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and to submit Quotations for the above-mentioned project to be undertaken through Small Value Procurement following Sec. 53.1 of the Implementing Rules & regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, allows the employment of the method of procurement through Negotiated Procurement whereby there has been the failure of competitive bidding for the second time as provided in Section 35 of R.A. 9184.
