Description : In view of the two-failed biddings, The Davao del Norte State College, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos Only (Php 1,274,963.00) Purchase Sound and Lighting System for Grandstand, ITB-2025-02 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for all items. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Davao del Norte State College now invites technically, legally and financially capable contractors for the Purchase Sound and Lighting System for Grandstand, ITB-2025-02.

Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Bidding procedures pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
