The Municipality of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, through the MAYOR-S OFFICE MOOE intends to apply the THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS of the Local Government Units of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
