Invitation to Bid for the
PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE FOR GAD DATABASE

1. The LGU-SIPOCOT, through the GAD FUND intends to apply the sum of P 332,698.60 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Software for GAD Database received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SIPOCOT now invites bids for the Purchase of Software for GAD Database. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
